Excellent service, great mechanics, got my car back quickly and was back on the road!

The same issues have been "fixed" twice and In less than three weeks more suspension noise. I have lost my trust with this place.

Greg, thanks so much for repairing my VW. As you know, various mechanics including the VW dealer have been unable to fix this problem for more than 4 years and as many visits. I really appreciate the attitude and perserverance to keep digging to get to the bottom of the trouble and fix it. Thanks again to you and your staff.

I have taken two of my cars there on several occasions over the last few years and Greg and his team always do a great job. His prices are fair and the work well done. Its refreshing to have a mechanic you can actually trust and not be afraid of getting overcharged.

Very friendly and trust worthy staff. Had some work done on my Toyota Camry and they knocked it out of the park. Service was fully explained before any work was completed and I appreciated the emails detailing the work to be completed. I highly recommend these guys.

Best damn mechanics in Kalamazoo, no question. We drive all the way from Battle Creek just to get our oil changed. When we get home, given the mileage, we're almost due for another! But Greg and the crew make the trek worthwhile. They're honest, attentive and try to make the costly inconvenience of auto repair as painless and pleasant as possible. Besides, when something goes wrong, we have reason to get to deal with Dan, who's the hands-down grand master of customer service.
