First class service always! After my BMW has been the code check I always receive an email and a phone call explaining what work needs to be completed. After completion, I receive a call notifying me the work is complete and she is ready for me to pay for then pick up.
Their customer service platform is excellent. Estimates are provided upfront, and you can approve or decline recommended services. I went to the Flying Dog because I didn't trust the service I was getting elsewhere. The Flying Dog provides reliable, professional service.
